Awards
Received the YWCA “Woman of Achievement Award” for work as the first female homicide detective team in the country.

Named “Woman of the Year” for the 29th Congressional District by Congressman Adam Schiff who authored the resolutions stating “Ms. York lives by the motto Dedicated to the Community We Serve.”

Family I have been a resident of Pasadena with husband, Lance Ito, for 28 years. We have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
