Computaid will provide services to Client provided Client complies with all rules and guidelines imposed by Computaid, set forth herein.

WEB SITE DESIGN

All Client data must be provided in high quality format and readily accessible to Computaid.

Protection of copyright material is the responsibility of Client. All of Client’s copyright material will remain copyright and, their responsibility to maintain copyright and protection. Property of Computaid, such as Graphics, code or other material, will remain the property of Computaid and will, in no way, be owned by Client. Material not owned by Client may not be copied, modified, distributed or used in any way, other than displayed on the web site designed by Computaid. All design, code and other material created by Computaid are the property of Computaid, are copyright, and are protected under the Copyright laws.

Computaid reserves ten (10) days from the date of first deposit to produce the first draft of the web site. If there is a delay for this time frame, Computaid will notify Client of delay. This time frame depends fully on Client’s timely submission of all required material to develop the web site. Client will review all aspects of the web site and send written approval notification to Computaid.

HOSTING SERVICES

Computaid reserves the right to cancel a Client's access to hosting services contracted by Computaid, if service is used inappropriately. Client agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by hosting company Globat.com.

GENERAL

Computaid will, in no way, be responsible for any damage the Client’s business may suffer, directly, or indirectly. Computaid makes no guarantees. Client will hold harmless Computaid, and any and all of its agents, from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, costs, including, but not limited to attorney fees presented against Computaid or any of its agents, employees or officers. All terms subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment for all services is due and payable prior to the time of devliery of the product. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order to initiate the design process. The balance of the payment is due at completion of project and prior to delivery. Computaid reserves the right to cancel any and all services due to nonpayment or violation of Computaid terms and rules, without refund.
Client agrees to Comptuaid’s terms, agreements and rules upon the placement of an Order. The placement of an order, or contract for website design and/or hosting with Computaid will be regarded as an acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
